This is a two-story house, located in a village called El Refugio, within the region of Ahuachapan, El Salvador. This cinder-block base materialized house will consist of 12 rooms, 2 living spaces, 4 bathrooms, a 1-car garage, open kitchen-living room, a lower-floor and upper-floor outdoor patio space.

The house has been designed with family, function, and form in mind. Carefully studying the previous lot's house structure and existing rooms, several revisions have been made since the initial draft, to meet client's needs.

This lot is a 20 X 10 meter perimeter, with a maximum build height of 10 meteres. The house will finish construction at approximately 6.45 meters tall.
